National PAS Conference and Career Fair will draw over 600 career-ready college students preparing f

For nearly forty years, PAS has been developing two and four-year college-level professional agriculture students for the workplace through participation in employment experience programs, skill-set development, network opportunities, and organizational activities. PAS develops students into highly prepared, professional and passionate employees.

This year’s conference theme is ‘Climbing Together’. Our National PAS Board of Directors student leaders recognize the need for collaboration between industry professionals, students, faculty and community members in solving the grand issues facing the food and agriculture sector. Students come to the conference prepared in degree areas such as: precision agriculture, crops, agronomy, landscaping/horticulture, ag mechanics, soil science, ag education, sales, ag marketing, vet sciences, equine, beef cattle, dairy, sheep, livestock, and poultry. Competitions also take place in career preparation, planning, progress, and employment interview skills.

If you have difficulty finding interns and employees, you won’t want to miss this conference, taking place in Loveland, CO, March 13-16th. The conference includes industry tours within Colorado, a career fair, industry luncheon and competitions.

The conference draws students from 60 chapters in 13 states. Participating companies will have access to 600 career-ready students in search of internships and jobs from across the country. Those companies who participate will get a front row seat to their future workforce.
