A new membership collection process has been established this year that will allow individual chapters to select between the option of payment by credit card or the traditional invoice.  This electronic process will allow the membership form to be downloaded and submitted as part of the selected payment process.

Membership Process

An on-line link for the options has been established.  Local chapters and/or clubs will need to select the appropriate link for the desired payment method. Invoices for both the institutional and individual membership fees will be processed through the national office for tracking using the services of the Des Moines Area Community College accounting office.

Deadlines for Membership Rosters 

  • Fall Membership Rosters and payments need to be submitted by November 1.
  • Spring Membership Rosters need to be submitted by February 1.

Payment for Membership Rosters 

  • Membership rosters are to be submitted electronically via the chosen payment link.  Invoices will be generated for payment once membership rosters have been verified and checked.
