affiliation form also includes the National PAS Associates
membership fees – so sign up your associates today!
The
number of paid affiliates affects the number from your state that
can participate in the Award Programs conducted at the 2007 National
Conference to be held in Idaha Falls, Idaho. New spring members (1st-time members) will be added
to the membership count and can add to the number of teams.
To
help with national administrative processing, please submit forms
electronically with the following information provided for each
chapter advisor and student member:

address
- e-mail
address
- chapter officer
position held (if applicable)
Note: address information
will be used when mailing out issues of PAStimes.
Along
with your chapter membership roster, please provide the gender,
ethnicity, age and area of study information for all PAS members.
All information is confidential and will only be used in aggregate.
