Select this plan if you are registering a chapter of an institution.

Registration will be comprised of two payments: the affiliation fee and a fee based on the number of students you are registering. First, fill in your institution's information if you have not already registered your institution and select the affiliation fee option. Complete registration and payment. Then, log in with your institution's user name and password and select the number of students you need to register for your chapter. Fill all applicable fields as well. If you are registering an additional chapter in the same institution, provide the chapter name in the additional information and add the number of students for this chapter. You do not need to pay the affiliation fee again for another chapter in the same institution.

Note, that you may select only up to 50 students at a time. If you need to register more than 50, add them with another payment.

Example 1: Setting up one chapter with 60 students at an institution that does not have a login yet:

1. Fill out the registration form, select the affiliation fee option, submit and pay
2. Log in and add 50 students to the plan, then submit and pay
3. Add another 50 students to the plan, then submit and pay

Example 2: Setting up a second chapter with 30 students at an existing institution.

1. Log in with your institution's user name and password
2. Click on pay dues under membership
3. Select the plan with 30 students
4. Fill out all other fields where applicable, submit and pay
